in polluted coastal waters, surrounded by plastic waste and struggling coral reefs. Indigenous people aboard the boat look around in concern, symbolizing the devastating impact of human activity on marine ecosystems. The scene highlights the critical need to address plastic pollution and protect the ocean\u2019s fragile ecosystems.<br>The second artwork presents a more optimistic vision, with the same boat gliding over clear waters, thriving coral reefs, and abundant marine life. Here, the indigenous people observe a vibrant, healthy ocean, reflecting the harmony between human culture and nature. This piece envisions the ideal future where marine ecosystems are restored and preserved through sustainable practices.<br>Together, these artworks explore the urgent call for ocean conservation and the potential for recovery, emphasizing the vital role of indigenous knowledge in safeguarding the environment. The Tao people\u2019s deep connection to the sea and their traditional ecological knowledge are central to this vision, serving as both a warning and a guide for future action.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"eb-accordion-item-lj6ugc0 eb-accordion-wrapper\" data-clickable=\"false\"><div class=\"eb-accordion-title-wrapper\" tabindex=\"0\"><span class=\"eb-accordion-icon-wrapper\"><span class=\"fas fa-align-justify eb-accordion-icon\"><\/span><\/span><h4 class=\"eb-accordion-title\">\u5fc3\u5f97\u8207\u53cd\u601d<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"eb-accordion-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"eb-accordion-content\">\n<p>Reflecting on the creation of this series, I am reminded of the delicate balance between cultural heritage and environmental stewardship. The contrast between the polluted and pristine oceans underscores the importance of maintaining this balance. Indigenous knowledge has always played a crucial role in sustainable living, and this series emphasizes the need to integrate such wisdom into modern conservation efforts. My hope is that these artworks will inspire viewers to take action in protecting the oceans and preserving the cultures that have long upheld the values of sustainability and respect for nature.
